We ship improvements every few days. Your feedback directly shapes what gets built.
Response time: We aim to reply within 1 business day (Mon–Fri). For urgent issues during beta, email gets the fastest response.
Go to Team → Invite. Share the invite link or 8-character code. Employees sign up with the code and are added automatically. If email isn't configured you can copy the code manually.
Go to Schedule → Auto-generate. You need: business hours set, at least one role, coverage requirements, and employees with availability submitted. Once all four are done, the engine generates a full week in seconds.
Make sure you have published the schedule — employees can only see published shifts, not draft ones. From the Schedule page, click Publish in the top-right toolbar.
Go to Settings → Billing. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period — access continues until then. Questions? Just email us.
Yes. From the Schedule view, use the export button to download a CSV or copy to clipboard. The CSV includes shift dates, times, employee names, and roles.
